Shipping policy

The items found here are at our Grizedale store at LA22 0QJ.  Before ordering a significant item online that appears to be in stock, please ring / email us to check it's still here as we don't get time to update the website daily.

Goods Excluding Bikes / Frames

Standard Delivery is 2-4 Working days and is £3.95 for orders under £50 then free delivery on orders over £50 . We are also happy for you to arrange your own collection of goods from us if that's easier.  These charges apply to mainland UK only and there may be additional charges and delays for Scottish Highland areas.

Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days do not include weekends or National Bank Holidays). In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days.

 

Bikes and Frames

Bicycles and frames will be delivered as soon as we have time to process them through our workshop.  We will contact you via email when this will be, and in some instances there can be a 2 week turn around for in stock bicycles.  If you are in need of a bicycle within a certain time frame please contact us before placing your order so we can discuss our workshop schedule with you.

We would much rather have you collect your bicycle from our lovely store where we can set it up for your weight and riding style.  As we are at a trail centre it's easy to take your new bike for a ride straight from our door.  If you want route advice or even someone to show you round then with prior notice this can easily be arranged.

Please note we can only ship electric bikes at roughly £125 built ready to ride. For non electric bikes is roughly £50 boxed with minimal assembly required.

International Shipping

We can ship some brands within Europe on a case by case basis.  Shipping is calculated at the point of inquiry to hire@biketreksgrizedale.co.uk and not all our brands allow shipping outside of the UK.  Any goods that are shipped outside of the UK must be paid for via BACS by the provision of the relevant IBAN and SWIFT codes where necessary.
